Description

Safire Standalone 5 in 1 universal CCTV Digital Video Recorder, supports all common HD cameras (HD-CVI, HD-TVI, AHD) as well as standard analogue 960H/D1 cameras and 2 IP (Onvif) network cameras, bi-directional audio in- and output.

Based on the Hikvision platform the recorder provides the latest technology and best quality, yet for a competitive price.
It has 8 BNC video inputs, allowing to connect High Definition or standard CVBS analogue cameras – all inputs are interchangeable, the recorder automatically detects the video standard and choses the best resolution. Is also possible to operate 2 IP Onvif compatible network cameras with up to 2Mpix (1080p) resolution, total bandwidth 72Mbps.
It also supports one RCA audio input and one RCA audio output, bi-directional audio possible.
2 video outputs: 1x VGA and 1x HDMI with full HD. Embedded Linux operating system with multitasking (pentaplex) allows live viewing, recording, playback, backup and remote access simultaneously.

H.264/H.264+ video compression and G.711 audio. Video recording with up to 25 FPS (frames per second) per channel. Various recording methods are supported: manual, scheduled, motion detection. Supports 1 internal disk storage (SATA) – HDD not included, please choose your required hard drive capacity in the drop down menu above in the pricing field. Privacy mask and watermark system to avoid tampering with the video footage. PTZ control feature via coax / UTP cable.

The smartphone / tablet app supports bi-directional audio, that means sound from a source (e.g. microphone) connected to the DVR can be heard remotely via the app and you could also speak via the app through a speaker connected to the DVR (microphone and speaker optional).

Easy to use due to its intuitive graphical user interface, simple operation with the USB mouse. External Backup via USB devices (memory sticks, USB hard drives or USB CD/DVR recorder) and via Ethernet. RJ45 network output for powerful remote access via browser (using ActiveX), via Client CMS software or smartphones / tables (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Android tablets). Supports Dual Stream, which enables fast and seamless access to the Internet. Supports DDNS for easy remote access even with dynamic IP.

The DVR also provides P2P Cloud surveillance – plug and play connection to the internet without the need of an IP address, DDNS and port forwarding.
