Customer Information

We are located in the Republic of Ireland therefore all prices displayed on our online store are in Euro and inclusive of current Irish Value added Tax (VAT) of 23%, exclusive of Shipping costs (as long as not otherwise stated).

If you are an overseas customer from the European Union or the United Kingdom your local VAT rate will be calculated during checkout. If you are a customer from the EEA or not from the European Union (except the UK) the final price will be VAT free.

For business customers from the European Union and Northern Ireland:

by providing your valid VAT ID in the checkout process we can ship your order without VAT according to the VAT reverse charge mechanism of the EU VAT directive.

All shipments within the EU and to the UK are guaranteed without any additional costs to you.

If you are a customer from outside the EU VAT area (except the United Kingdom incl. Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man) we will send the order VAT free - your local customs may apply VAT and/or Duty or other Tax.

Sure, we take cash when you pick up your order at our warehouse in Blessington (please arrange pickup date and time before coming around). Also we accept all major Credit and Debit Cards online, and in our sales office in Blessington. Payments by Paypal are welcome as well.

Online payments are strictly via the 3D Secure mechanism.

Unfortunately we do not accept payment by cheques.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ireland, in rare circumstances directly from our suppliers (e.g. very heavy items or bulky items) - all located within the EU.

We are delivering to Ireland, Northern Ireland, all other countries of the European Union as well as: the United Kingdom, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Aland Islands, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Switzerland and Vatican City State.

We may be able to ship to other countries /areas. Please contact us for details.

We are using Parcel Couriers or Postal Services and all orders are insured against loss or damage during transport.

UK incl. Isle of Man: EUR 6.99 (incl. 20% VAT), free from orders of EUR 100.00 and above

European Union and Monaco (excl. Ireland): EUR 8.12 net (EUR 9.99 incl. 23% Irish VAT) - your local VAT rate will apply and calculated during checkout

EEA and No-EU (Gibraltar, Guernsey, Jersey, Åland Islands, Andorra, Faroe Islands, Holy See, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Switzerland, excluding UK and Isle of Man): EUR 14.99

Your local customs office may impose import tax and duty for shipments to locations outside of the European Union VAT area.

Usually the orders are arriving within a couple of days (depending of your destination). The approximate dispatch time is available from each product description.

Once the order has been dispatched we will inform you about an estimated transit time.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted on site.

Please note: If you have pre-paid your order online by credit or debit card please bring your payment card as well as photo ID to pick up your order.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PAY AN ORDER FOR COLLECTION OVER THE PHONE!

We do not charge handling fees. For small orders a small shipping fee may ocurr.

This fee will be charged only once per order, regardless of the weight or if we decide to split the order into several parcels.

The applicable shipping fee will be calculated during the checkout process.

If you are changing your mind for whatever reason: No problem: you can always cancel or return your order within 30 days after you have received your order without giving a reason (ok, we would be grateful if you would tell us if something went wrong so we can do it better next time) and get a full refund.

But please make sure:

1. Inform us in time of your intention to cancel / return your order in writing:

2. Please do not send in items without prior obtaining written instructions from us how to send them in. We will provide you with a return ID number (RMA) and instructions how to send in the item or arrange collection. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without a RMA number.

3. The item must be in SALEABLE CONDITION, in ORIGINAL PACKAGING including any accessories and unused - of course you may test the items like you could in an ordinary shop. For further details please refer to our returns policy.

4. Once you informed us about your intend to cancel the order we must receive the goods within 14 days of date you informed us about your intend to cancel the order / part of the order.

For complete returned orders we will reimburse all money paid incl. shipping and handling costs. For part returns we will reimburse the item value. The refund will be issued within 14 days after we received your returned goods - as required by law.

We do not offer any installation services.

Repair services are carried our in accordance with our legal obligations for products purchased directly from us.

However, if you require installation / maintenance or repair services we are happy to help and may be able to recommend qualified and PSA licensed installers.

All items are covered by a 24 months warranty. All warranty provided are strictly return to base only.

Unfortunately, currently we are not able to provide advance replacements, but will try to solve the issue as quickly as possible according to current legislation.

When you discover a problem during the warranty please do not panic and sorry for the trouble!

We will try to resolve the problem remotely, of if that is not possible, provide you with further instructions and how to send in the item to our office in Blessington.

Please do not send anything in before not obtaining a return ID (RMA) and written instructions from us how to send the item in.

Please note: if you have purchased the item via an installer or other retailer / wholesaler, please contact your place of purchase for any warranty or support issues.

Outside of warranty or when the failure is not covered by the warranty: We will provide you with a quotation and best service available.

We will be the main contact for any issues with your products bought directly from us during the life cycle of your product and beyond!

If you have purchased via an installer or other retailer / wholesaler please contact them directly.

We will take back your old appliance free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. That means the product must be of a similar type or have performed the same function as the new product purchased. For example if you purchase a monitor we will take back your old monitor of similar size free of charge and ensure it is recycled in a safe and responsible manner.

However if you buy a digital video recorder, we will not take back your old television or refrigerator.

You can also bring in all your electronic waste to your nearest civic amenity centre.

We also take back your old batteries for recycling. No purchase necessary.

Our usual office hours are:

Monday to Friday: 11am to 5pm except bank holidays

but we may be busy with serving others customers and may not be around always. Therefore just give us a call to make sure someone is in the office to assist you.

Furthermore we try to reduce and re-use whenever possible. All our packaging material is re-used material or recycled paper. If you receive your order in a box which looks not fancy new it is probably because it is re-used.

Electronic Device Recycling:

We are a member of WEEE Ireland and contribute towards the recycling costs of every electronic device sold.

Courier Services and Carbon Neutrality:

We try to use courier services with a clear path to carbon neutrality no later than 2030.

Shipments with our delivery partner UPS are already carbon neutral.
