Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro and inclusive of VAT, unless you haven't opted in actively to display prices "net excluding VAT" or have set so in your customer's profile. In that case the prices are displayed are exclusive of VAT.
Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.
We gladly accept - but are not bounded to - payments by most major credit and debit cards online, via telephone and on site and payments via Paypal (online). Cash payments are very welcome when collecting the order at our warehouse - but please: do not send cash by post as we are not responsible when it is getting lost...
Some additional requirements for certain payment types: Credit and debit cards via Paypal (online processor): When you are buying for the first time in our shop and your Paypal account is not verified we may request additional documents for identification. If you experience any difficulties while completing your order please give us a call.
All prices are subject to change and no liability is taken for errors on our web site or printing materials.
Delivery
We are delivering to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the UK (incl. Channel Islands and the Isle of Man), the European Union, Andorra, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
Shipments are made by Postal Services or Parcel Courier. All deliveries are insured.
Please note that deliveries to Islands may occur an additional charge.
We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3 to 14 working days from the date of the order. We will tell you an approximate date when confirming your order.
All transport from our warehouses to the customer's address is insured and we taking the risk of damage and/or loss during transportation. The risk is going over to the customer when the shipment was handed over to the customer or an appropriate receiver.
All obvious damages to a shipment have to be reported directly to the delivery driver and afterwards to us. You have the right to refuse the order if the order is excessively damaged. All damages not obvious during delivery have to be reported to us within 72 hours of reception of the delivery.
Shipping Costs
The delivery costs according to our latest price list will apply.
We may split your order in part shipments, but of course without any additional costs to you.

In no event or circumstances we will be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from delays in delivery or supply bottlenecks or unavailability of a product whatsoever the reason for that is.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
